Congratulations for actually making it to page! Not a small feat by any means! You have no idea how few visitors actually read anything legal that is posted on websites, and sadly this also applies to non-internet legal documents. For too many – and it did include me at one stage – this legal stuff was too much “mumbo-jumbo”. Well, initially I thought that I wouldn't bother to include all this so-called "mumbo-jumbo" in my personal website, because it would have saved me tons of hassles and would have possibly made my wed site one of the more “loveable” for my guests. That was until I actually read it. What an awakening!!! Only then did I realize how important any legal section really is – even for PERSONAL websites! Now, I have absolutely no problem following my council’s advice. I am glad they relentlessly persisted in bugging me to include this section — in particular because of the world we live in today…

As time goes on, I will attempt to translate each of these legal pages into a language everyone can understand. For the time being though, my advice is to be smart – and prevent being out-smarted. Go ahead and read each term, policy, and notice that may apply to you. You could save yourself a lot of unnecessary hassles in the future. And because I am committed to provide you information and products on completely legal terms, where I will meticulously ensure that your legal rights will never be compromised, I do expect that you return me the same courtesy. Believe me, when I say that I don’t want us – that's you and me – to get into any kind of nasty legal tangles. By you reading – and following – the terms in all these legal documents, you can certainly avoid being contacted by our legal council and lawyers – worse yet – by authorities...
