Jurgen Homola — Anti-Spam Policy

For us to interact, not just me to you, you will need to sign up before we do. You know who I am. Now I just need to know who you are.

By signing up to air your view, to cast your vote on anything, to provide a rating, or to receive emails from JurgenHoma.com, I would like you to tell me who you are — in the least, I would require your name and email address. This ensures that you are actually a person and not some robot sitting somewhere.

I PERSONALLY guarantee that all your details — including your email and other personal identification information you provide will ALWAYS be kept confidential. What I mean with this is the following:

• I will NEVER disclose your information to any third party under any circumstances, unless required by law and then only by being presented with a warrant by law enforcement.
• I will NEVER leak, trade or sell your information to anyone at any price — guaranteed!!!
• Information I may require for us to interact — unfortunately I don't interact with anonymous people — will be held in a secure database.
• Any email that I might send you will have the necessary contact information that you provided. This will include at least name your and email address. It may also include your IP address, the date on which you registered to interact with me or my web staff, or the date on which you signed up to receive my emails or anything else that I offer through my website.
• All information I may have on or about you, is information that you provided me at some point or time at your own discretion and your free will. I never have — and never will — a gun against your head, or applied mafia tactics to ensure you part with any information I want. I don't own a baseball bat, and I believe in "what goes around comes around". So no worries there — ever, CAPISH!?
• For some information I may ask you to confirm that it was YOU that allows me to store your information. It is known as "Double Opt-in". I do this to ensure that there is absolutely no way for anyone else but yourself who provides me with you information. It is simply to double-ensure that no-one else does things illegally on our behalf.
• Then, you may of course cancel, unsubscribe, or request me to delete your information, email, and other personal identification information from my secure data base. You have several options to select from to do so smoothly. Of course I would be sad to see you leave (I can't promise I will shed any tears though...). Hey, I understand that sometimes we move on in life, and this may be yours. Who am I to hold you back? I can assure you that I won't let you jump through millions of hoops. My unsubscribe process is pretty simple and hassle free — for both you and me.
