  Congratulations for actually making it to page! Not a small feat by any means! You have no idea how few visitors actually read anything legal that is posted on web sites, ad sadly this also applies to legal non-internet legal documents. For too many – and it did include me at one stage – this legal stuff was too much “mumbo-jumbo”. Well, initially I thought that I wouldn't bother to include all this so-called "mumbo-jumbo" in my personal web site, because it would have saved me tons of hassles and would have possibly made my wed site one of the more “loveable” for my guests. That was until I actually read it. What an awakening!!! Only then did I realize how important any legal section really is – even for PERSONAL web sites. Now, I have absolutely no problem following my council’s advice. I am glad they relentlessly persisted in bugging me to include this section - in particular because of the world we live in today…
